Hello everyone!

I hope you’ll find the resources and services here helpful in your journey to improving your relationships and mental health!

Over the last 12 years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning the best therapy approaches and skills to overcome struggles, challenges, and concerns to help my clients build a more meaningful life.

I’ve learned a few things along the way that has helped me and many of the folks I’ve worked with live healthier lives. Here are a few:

  • Understanding the reasons behind our actions is more helpful in changing our behavior than being critical of ourselves.
  • Kindness and compassion heal wounds and relationship much faster and deeper than judgment.
  • Our mind and emotions are not the problem, struggling with ourselves instead of listening to what our experience is attempting to teach us, is the problem.
  • Thoughts are not facts but often stories our mind tells us to protect us rather than encourage us to pursue what matters to us most.
  • With the proper support and guidance, we can begin living the life we want now instead of after months or years of therapy.

I look forward to working with you to develop a personalized plan to help you drop your struggle and get you back into your life. You are welcome to start with my free resources, self-directed online programs, or schedule an appointment with me today!

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
