Dr. Cameron Staley is licensed psychologist in the states of Utah and Idaho and a member of *PSYPACT which authorizes him to provide online counseling services to individuals living in the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia – DC, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin

Counseling involves working with a therapist to develop a plan to create positive changes in your life. Psychotherapy can be helpful for processing complex emotions, challenging thought patterns, and overcoming obstacles in order to live a more fulfilling life. Sessions may focus on current or past problems with a focus on nurturing a safe supportive therapeutic relationship. Dr. Staley has training in several research supported therapeutic approaches which allows him to flexibly respond to the needs and goals of each individual or couple.

APPOINTMENTS: All psychotherapy sessions will be conducted online through a secure platform. Individuals MUST be located in one of the states listed above to be eligible to receive psychotherapy services for each appointment. The number of counseling appointments may vary depending on your preference and needs.

PAYMENTS are processed through a secure online payment system (Stripe). Dr. Staley does not bill insurance but will provide you with an invoice and superbill following each session that you are welcome to submit to your insurance company. Please note that insurance coverage varies and that you may or may not receive any reimbursement from your insurance companies for mental health care.

SCHEDULING: To access the client portal to schedule your appointment online, click here. You will be able to select a date and time for your counseling session by clicking on the Request Appointment button. You will then be asked to review and sign consent forms for counseling services and to provide additional information about yourself by completing questionnaires to determine the appropriateness of counseling services and to optimize your counseling appointment.

RATE:

$250 per 50 minute session

$400 per 80 minute session

*PSYPACT is an interstate compact which offers a voluntary pathway for practice to qualified psychologists who wish to practice in multiple states. PSYPACT is designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries. In order to practice telepsychology in PSYPACT states, psychologists licensed in PSYPACT states only, can apply to the PSYPACT Commission for an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). APIT authority was granted by the PSYPACT Commission to Dr. Cameron Staley on 2/6/2023, (APIT #13638). More information regarding PSYPACT and its requirements can be found at www.psypact.org.
