Are you looking for support, education, or guidance to improve your relationships, mental health, or sexual health?

  • General Mental Health (e.g., OCD, Scrupulosity, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Personality Disorders, etc.)
  • Sexual Health & Relationship Challenges
  • Compulsive Sexual Behavior (e.g., unwanted pornography viewing)
  • Conflict Between Faith & Sexuality
  • Spiritual & Religion concerns
  • Identity Exploration (e.g., Neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, adoption, etc.)
  • Autism & ADHD Evaluations

I specialize in providing both short- and long-term treatment designed to equip you with the skills, insights, and resources you need to begin making meaningful changes—now, not months or years down the road.

I work with individuals who want to improve their relationships, connection, and intimacy. If you are navigating questions about identity, values, or beliefs—and want support in improving your mental or sexual health—I can help. I also specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including autistic and ADHD clients, in navigating a world that is not always designed with them in mind.

I strive to create an accepting, compassionate, and open environment. We all experience times when we feel lost, overwhelmed, or alone. Counseling offers a safe space to be heard, receive support, strengthen coping strategies, and overcome the patterns or barriers that keep us from living a meaningful life.
